A Cotton Mill, Reconsidered

The original 1948 warehouse shell stays — exposed brick, riveted steel trusses, 14-foot ceilings — while everything inside it is new. Twenty-four units across three floors, each one a true loft: no dropped ceilings, no drywall boxing in the structure. Ground-floor units keep the original loading dock openings as full-height glass.

Where Things Stand

Pre-sales opened with 6 of 24 units reserved in the first two weeks, all from buyers who toured before the sales gallery was finished. Delivery is slated for late 2026. Formwork is handling unit mix, pricing strategy, and pre-sale representation through sellout.
